Dr. Cherubini was so helpful and really took the time to listen to me and ask questions. This was the first time I had a doctor really validate my experiences and recognize the frustrations of having seen so many specialists with normal tests and no answers. I finally feel heard and like I have an answer.

The team left a lasting impression. Very professional from sign in to booking the next appointment. Everyone was courteous, professional and accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. Jessica was thorough and knowledgeable during the consultation. Also being personable making me feel comfortable throughout. What I love about Jessica is how detailed she is and explains the whole process to you. She has an amazing personality which makes you feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend working with her for whatever pain management needs you have. 10/10

I have cervical stenosis. Was given shots today for it. Inflammation in shoulders .
Explanation of procedure was excellent.
Area was prepped. No pain when injected.
Jessica has great bedside manner.
Her medical assistant Maria was also excellent. Overall excellent rating

I suffer from severe joint pain in my shoulder. I have had pain management for my thumb before and received spectacular results so I came in for my shoulder . The attention to detail and comfort was above and beyond. Everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. The procedure itself was as close to painless as anyone could imagine. There was no pain, just a sensation. To summarize the entire experience would be above and beyond all expectations.

The center is clean with comfy seats and relaxing music on screens, definitely helps with my anxiety at clinics and doctors' offices. All the staff members are kind, friendly and helpful. Jessica Parker who is treating me showed a level of enthusiasm and commitment to helping me I haven't experienced with other providers. She is gentle and answers all questions and honest when she doesn't know the answer. Cannot recommend her and this center enough!

You know how sometimes you think all the 5 star reviews are too good to be true?

Jessica Parker, like everyone is saying here, was amazing. She answered all my questions and the best part was I didn't leave feeling inadequate or stupid for asking questions. She gave me great resources and is incredibly kind.

What a serene atmosphere! Extremely beautiful, happy and friendly staff, very caring people. Jessica and Jailani were so caring and thoughtful towards my mother. My first visit at The Pain Center of RI. The check in was efficient, swift and friendly. While waiting for my appointment I witnessed how the front desk interacted with other patients and there was a show of compassion & attention.
Shortly after I arrived, I was called into a room and met with a medical assistant Maria, who is very friendly, helpful and detailed orient to get me ready for the PA.
Then Jessica Parker, the PA came in asked many question and actively listened. She was very knowledgeable, energetic spirit and made me feel at ease. I left there with a plan that made me feel very optimistic. Thank you!!

I was excited to get another opinion about where all my pain is coming from. My first impression of Jessica Parker is very positive. Jessica is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, I was very impressed that all my questions were answered and Jessica took the time to listen and digest all that I was going through. Jessica gave me a good exam and is very understanding to the amount of pain I take on everyday. I am seeing Jessica tomorrow for a shot in my hip per her recommendation. I can't say enough how enjoyable it is going this particular pain clinic.. so clean and relaxing with your staff! never feel nervous or anxious..
always a smile to greet me and a pleasure to speak with them with their kindness and compassion..and Jessica you treat me with respect care to my physical needs with the utmost professionalism you take the time to listen.. explain in detail the injection procedure with ease ..you care..aknowledge in such a way I can't describe it's a wonderful feeling knowing I'm in great hands! so I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I would highly recommend anyone that's experiencing pain to visit and see for yourself! My initial appointment was with Jessica Parker. She saw right away that I had a collapsed arch in my left foot. I knew there was a problem with my left foot and that is why I went. I proceeded to go to new balance and had my feet scanned and have a Orthotic in my shoes, which is helping me a lot. I also have a follow up appointment to address other things that are going on. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Today was my second visit to the Pain Center and I’m so impressed by Jessica and her staff. Jessica’s warm and compassionate demeanor immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain the procedure in detail, will answer any questions, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. The cortisone shots were quick and virtually painless. She administers the shot while viewing the ultrasound screen to make sure it’s the right spot! Jessica is truly a skilled and caring professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pain management.

Worked out well! I was in a hurry to get this done but the earliest appointment was two wks out. The secretary put me on the cancellation list and I received a call the next day for an opening.
That was huge! The secretary and the assistant were very nice. Dr.Parker made me feel comfortable prior to administering my cortisone injections. She took the time to explain everything to me, answered my questions, showed me the braces I'd need online and assisted with their selection. When it came to the injections, she made sure the locations were spot on and process was painless. It was an all around pleasant experience. Actually looking forward to getting my shots again!

I had a great experience here on my first visit. The place is very clean and peaceful. Nurse practitioner and all other staff were very nice and cheerful. They explained everything in detail and my visit wasn’t rushed at all. I highly recommend this practice!

Both the nurse and Dr I dealt with were super helpful and informative! I have gone to multiple Dr's all related to this issue and no one else I saw seemed to be much help. This was not the case here, leaving the office I really felt that I was finally on the right track to being pain free and being able to enjoy life again! Jessica is brilliant!! She knows exactly what it is needed to help my pain issues.
