Dr. Blanki Cherubini, M.D., is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her surgical internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.

During her residency, Dr. Cherubini received comprehensive training, including extensive experience in electrodiagnostic medicine, such as NCV and EMG studies. She has also completed multiple post-residency trainings at Harvard University and has advanced training in musculoskeletal medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, sports medicine, and ultrasound-guided injections.

Nurse Practitioner Jessica Parker

Jessica was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas and relocated to Rhode Island with her family in 1997. She graduated from Salve Regina University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to attend the University of Rhode Island where she graduated with High Honors and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau with a Master’s Degree in Science specializing in family medicine. Jessica has over 12 years of Emergency Medicine experience and 8 years of Orthopedic experience.

She joined Dr. Blanki Cherubini at International & Functional Pain Center in 2021. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Jessica looks forward to providing excellent personalized individual care.

I saw Dr. Cherubini for an EMG test, and was so impressed by my experience. Everything was carefully explained to me before, and during the test - what would happen, what to expect. Dr. Cherubini was genuinely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. She expertly conducted the test and this resulted in no pain at all for me. She demonstrated incredible bedside manner, and patiently answered every question I had. The front staff that I met - Jirah and an office manager (I didn't catch his first name), were also very helpful and personable. They helped me before and after my test to ensure I had all I need prior to, and afterwards. The space was very clean and felt comfortable to be here. I would very highly recommended being treated here.

The attention to detail and comfort was above and beyond. Everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. My first visit at The Pain Center of RI. The check in was efficient, swift and friendly. While waiting for my appointment I witnessed how the front desk interacted with other patients and there was a show of compassion & attention.

My initial appointment was with Jessica Parker. She saw right away that I had a collapsed arch in my left foot. I knew there was a problem with my left foot and that is why I went. I proceeded to go to new balance and had my feet scanned and have a Orthotic in my shoes, which is helping me a lot. I also have a follow up appointment to address other things that are going on. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Worked out well! I was in a hurry to get this done but the earliest appointment was two wks out. The secretary put me on the cancellation list and I received a call the next day for an opening.
That was huge! The secretary and the assistant were very nice. Dr.Parker made me feel comfortable prior to administering my cortisone injections. She took the time to explain everything to me, answered my questions, showed me the braces I'd need online and assisted with their selection. When it came to the injections, she made sure the locations were spot on and process was painless. It was an all around pleasant experience. Actually looking forward to getting my shots again!
