These SMS and Email Marketing Terms (“Marketing Terms”) describe the terms that apply when you choose to receive promotional or informational marketing communications from The Pain Center of RI.

By checking an optional consent box on our website or otherwise expressly opting in, you agree to receive the type of marketing communications you selected, subject to these Marketing Terms.
