Dr. Cherubini has been one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors I’ve seen. From the very first visit, she took the time to truly listen and never once dismissed any of my symptoms.

I recently had an EMG with her, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable by explaining everything clearly and showing genuine care throughout the process. She is attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What stands out most is her kindness and willingness to look at the full picture. After struggling to feel heard elsewhere, it meant so much to be taken seriously and treated with respect.

I’m very grateful to be under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares.

The office was very clean and stylish. The support staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Cherubini was very careful to explain each step of her procedure. I had to wait a few minutes but not bad, maybe 10. Suggest they install a guest wi-fi access.

First time visit, for neck and upper back pain. Outstanding service as soon as I walked in the door. Kind young ladies working to assist were excellent and helpful. During exam what a great experience.Christian was very detailed ,knowledgeable and made a detailed plan to help.gave me piece of mind that will surely help. So glad I came they will be a great help with my spinal issues.
Btw great people to work with with welcoming personalities!

I saw Dr. Cherubini for an EMG test, and was so impressed by my experience. Everything was carefully explained to me before, and during the test - what would happen, what to expect. Dr. Cherubini was genuinely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. She expertly conducted the test and this resulted in no pain at all for me. She demonstrated incredible bedside manner, and patiently answered every question I had. The front staff that I met - Jirah and an office manager (I didn't catch his first name), were also very helpful and personable. They helped me before and after my test to ensure I had all I need prior to, and afterwards. The space was very clean and felt comfortable to be here. I would very highly recommended being treated here.

I have cervical stenosis. Was given shots today for it. Inflammation in shoulders .
Explanation of procedure was excellent.
Area was prepped. No pain when injected.
Jessica has great bedside manner.
Her medical assistant Maria was also excellent. Overall excellent rating

I suffer from severe joint pain in my shoulder. I have had pain management for my thumb before and received spectacular results so I came in for my shoulder . The attention to detail and comfort was above and beyond. Everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. The procedure itself was as close to painless as anyone could imagine. There was no pain, just a sensation. To summarize the entire experience would be above and beyond all expectations.

The center is clean with comfy seats and relaxing music on screens, definitely helps with my anxiety at clinics and doctors' offices. All the staff members are kind, friendly and helpful. Jessica Parker who is treating me showed a level of enthusiasm and commitment to helping me I haven't experienced with other providers. She is gentle and answers all questions and honest when she doesn't know the answer. Cannot recommend her and this center enough!

Jessica Parker, like everyone is saying here, was amazing. She answered all my questions and the best part was I didn't leave feeling inadequate or stupid for asking questions. She gave me great resources and is incredibly kind.

My first visit at The Pain Center of RI. The check in was efficient, swift and friendly. While waiting for my appointment I witnessed how the front desk interacted with other patients and there was a show of compassion & attention.
Shortly after I arrived, I was called into a room and met with a medical assistant Maria, who is very friendly, helpful and detailed orient to get me ready for the PA.
Then Jessica Parker, the PA came in asked many question and actively listened. She was very knowledgeable, energetic spirit and made me feel at ease. I left there with a plan that made me feel very optimistic. Thank you!!

I was excited to get another opinion about where all my pain is coming from. My first impression of Jessica Parker is very positive. Jessica is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, I was very impressed that all my questions were answered and Jessica took the time to listen and digest all that I was going through. My initial appointment was with Jessica Parker. She saw right away that I had a collapsed arch in my left foot. I knew there was a problem with my left foot and that is why I went. I proceeded to go to new balance and had my feet scanned and have a Orthotic in my shoes, which is helping me a lot. I also have a follow up appointment to address other things that are going on. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Today was my second visit to the Pain Center and I’m so impressed by Jessica and her staff. Jessica’s warm and compassionate demeanor immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain the procedure in detail, will answer any questions, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. The cortisone shots were quick and virtually painless. She administers the shot while viewing the ultrasound screen to make sure it’s the right spot! Jessica is truly a skilled and caring professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pain management.

Worked out well! I was in a hurry to get this done but the earliest appointment was two wks out. The secretary put me on the cancellation list and I received a call the next day for an opening.
That was huge! The secretary and the assistant were very nice. Dr.Parker made me feel comfortable prior to administering my cortisone injections. She took the time to explain everything to me, answered my questions, showed me the braces I'd need online and assisted with their selection. When it came to the injections, she made sure the locations were spot on and process was painless. It was an all around pleasant experience. Actually looking forward to getting my shots again!

Both the nurse and Dr I dealt with were super helpful and informative! I have gone to multiple Dr's all related to this issue and no one else I saw seemed to be much help. This was not the case here, leaving the office I really felt that I was finally on the right track to being pain free and being able to enjoy life again!
