Walking into this office felt like if I was walking into a Spa! The soothing music the lovely staff, the positive atmosphere & everyone was just so helpful. Dr Cherubini & Jessica are great. I was tremendously happy with my visit. Thank you all for your professionalism!

What a serene atmosphere! Extremely beautiful, happy and friendly staff, very caring people. Jessica and Jailani were so caring and thoughtful towards my mother. The receptionist WOW she’s so sweet, amazingly kind and accommodating. Thank YOU Jesus Christ, for warning the hearts of the staff at the Pain Center of Rhode Island. We were truly welcomed at this establishment!

Worked with Jessica Parker and she was amazing. She was very thorough with my examination and diagnosed me with EDS. She listened to me with care and made sure to answer all my questions and help me understand. She was very kind and comfortable to be taken care of by.

My first visit at The Pain Center of RI. The check in was efficient, swift and friendly. While waiting for my appointment I witnessed how the front desk interacted with other patients and there was a show of compassion & attention.Shortly after I arrived, I was called into a room and met with a medical assistant Maria, who is very friendly, helpful and detailed orient to get me ready for the PA.Then Jessica Parker, the PA came in asked many question and actively listened. She was very knowledgeable, energetic spirit and made me feel at ease. I left there with a plan that made me feel very optimistic. Thank you!!

I was excited to get another opinion about where all my pain is coming from. My first impression of Jessica Parker is very positive. Jessica is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, I was very impressed that all my questions were answered and Jessica took the time to listen and digest all that I was going through. Jessica gave me a good exam and is very understanding to the amount of pain I take on everyday. I am seeing Jessica tomorrow for a shot in my hip per her recommendation. I can't say enough how enjoyable it is going this particular pain clinic.. so clean and relaxing with your staff! never feel nervous or anxious..always a smile to greet me and a pleasure to speak with them with their kindness and compassion..and Jessica you treat me with respect care to my physical needs with the utmost professionalism you take the time to listen.. explain in detail the injection procedure with ease ..you care..aknowledge in such a way I can't describe it's a wonderful feeling knowing I'm in great hands! so I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I would highly recommend anyone that's experiencing pain to visit and see for yourself! PS..if every Dr had an awesome bedside manner as yourself.. I'D BE A HAPPY CLAM AT HIGH TIDE 😉

My initial appointment was with Jessica Parker. She saw right away that I had a collapsed arch in my left foot. I knew there was a problem with my left foot and that is why I went. I proceeded to go to new balance and had my feet scanned and have a Orthotic in my shoes, which is helping me a lot. I also have a follow up appointment to address other things that are going on. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Today was my second visit to the Pain Center and I’m so impressed by Jessica and her staff. Jessica’s warm and compassionate demeanor immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain the procedure in detail, will answer any questions, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. The cortisone shots were quick and virtually painless. She administers the shot while viewing the ultrasound screen to make sure it’s the right spot! Jessica is truly a skilled and caring professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pain management.

Worked out well! I was in a hurry to get this done but the earliest appointment was two wks out. The secretary put me on the cancellation list and I received a call the next day for an opening.That was huge! The secretary and the assistant were very nice. Dr.Parker made me feel comfortable prior to administering my cortisone injections. She took the time to explain everything to me, answered my questions, showed me the braces I'd need online and assisted with their selection. When it came to the injections, she made sure the locations were spot on and process was painless. It was an all around pleasant experience. Actually looking forward to getting my shots again!

I went to see Dr. Jessica Parker for my chronic back pain. She was very friendly and informative. She discussed my condition and my options in detail. I have seen other doctors but could never get the honest and helpful assessment I got with her. I definitely recommend.

I’ve had the best experience with Dr. Jessica Parker She makes you feel very comfortable, never rushes you. She talks you through every procedure step-by-step so everything that is done is never a surprise. Her bedside manner is wonderful. Where has she been all my life? I would recommend her to anybody. I had a great experience here on my first visit. The place is very clean and peaceful. Nurse practitioner and all other staff were very nice and cheerful. They explained everything in detail and my visit wasn’t rushed at all. I highly recommend this practice!

Both the nurse and Dr I dealt with were super helpful and informative! I have gone to multiple Dr's all related to this issue and no one else I saw seemed to be much help. This was not the case here, leaving the office I really felt that I was finally on the right track to being pain free and being able to enjoy life again! Can't wait to see where the treatment takes me 🙏🏼🤞🏻🤞🏻

Jessica Parker listened. She validated my pain. She was patient and thorough. She came up with a real plan vs. the other guidance I have received to ‘wait it out’. It was a hopeful and pleasant experience. I am thankful I was able to see her so quickly and just feel seen/heard.

Jessica is wonderful!Professional, knowledgeable and so very kind. I never feel rushed, and she always ensures I’m comfortable throughout the procedure . She patiently takes time to explain what she’s doing, answering any and all questions I have. She quite literally has saved me from my pain since I began my treatment at the Pain Center in February. Jessica is brilliant!! She knows exactly what it is needed to help my pain issues. She listens, explains, and talks to you like a friend/family, she doesn’t act like it’s a revolving door and just pushes patients through like some larger facilities. Jessica was so responsive to the pain I was experiencing and she responded in such a caring and compassionate way. She listened to me and explained the treatment options. She made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and explained precisely where she was going to do the injections. I just had the injection today and it was easy and painless. I seen Jessica Parker and she was absolutely amazing. She got right down to the issue of pain, and the best course of action to take. Very nice, professional and makes you not afraid to be at a doctor’s office. Always asking if my needs were met, or if I can think of something else. All the staff were extremely professional! Very quick. Would recommend!
